There may be a waiting list for the driving session, which is determined by the student’s date of enrollment.
Students must give a notice at least 24 hours before cancelling a lesson. If not, they will pay an additional fee of $30.00.
Additional Details About Teen Drivers
Teens don't all learn at the same rate, which is why our state requires that they are given a minimum of 8 hours of instruction behind the wheel. For some people, this is enough for the instructor to give the teen a solid foundation to build upon.
However, learning how to drive can take more than 8 hours. 50 hours of additional practice supervised by parents is required, with 10 being held at night. Keep in mind that this amount of time is only intended as a starting point. The more guided practice a teen undergoes, the better the chances that he or she will know how to respond in emergency situations.
Eight-Hour Private Behind-The-Wheel Instruction
Many parents and teens find that additional instruction with an instructor offers the most comfortable and appropriate learning environment. To ensure the satisfaction of our clientele, we offer additional lessons to complement our eight-hour behind-the-wheel program. The car that the teen learns to drive in is also available for his or her driver's exam.
Our behind-the-wheel instruction is held privately. We do this to minimize distractions and embarrassments for new drivers.
Our instructors are available 7 days a week, at hours that are convenient for the student. The student may be picked up from home, school, or work. Take note that our pick-up and drop-off services are only free for clients within Fairfield County.
